We worship God.

We take seriously Jesus' words when He said, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment." (Matthew 22:37-38) The rest of our DNA flows from this because we believe that everything flows from our relationship with God. Everything.

We build relationships.

Because we recognize that everything flows from our relationship with God, we know the first place it impacts is our relationships with others through purposeful community:  "And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works,  not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near." (Hebrews 10:24-25)

We serve generously.

We know Jesus has crafted us to follow His example of servant leadership: "If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example, that you also should do just as I have done to you." (John 13:14-15) We do this with our Time (Ephesians 5:15-16), Talent (Colossians 3:23), and Treasure (2 Corinthians 9:11).

We share Jesus.

The transformation that Jesus produces is too good to keep to ourselves.  We embrace the same ripple effect that the original disciples experienced when it came to sharing the Good News about Jesus: "the life was made manifest, and we have seen it, and testify to it and proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and was made manifest to us— that which we have seen and heard we proclaim also to you, so that you too may have fellowship with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ." (1 John 1:2-3)

We make disciples.

We understand what our ultimate directive is as disciples of Jesus and seek to actively play our part in the process that started with the original 12 in Jerusalem.  We know exponential growth is a byproduct of healthy DNA, which is how Jesus designed it: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20)
