Trunk or Treat is just around the corner! Remember, this is a huge outreach to our community, and it's only one evening. We excited for the opportunity First Grand Prairie has to spread the message that we love our city, and we want everyone to know that God loves them! Please prayerfully consider how God wants you to serve this year. It might be by decorating your car and passing out candy or having a carnival-type game to play. You may consider helping with registration, set up, or working parking.

Don't forget the candy! Our goal for this year is 450 bags by Sunday, October 18th (The Great Candy Challenge Donation Day). Let’s fill the lobby with sweet treats to share with our community! There is something for each of us to do! Please don't let this opportunity to serve God pass you by. When we all work together, God is glorified, and His Kingdom grows. Where will you serve?

Senior Adults, you are invited to meet us for lunch!  This month, we are eating at Outlaw's BBQ in Grand Prairie.  We will meet there on October 12 at 11:30 am.

6th - 12th Grade Students join us for an incredible weekend at Riverbend! Tiki Broome will be sharing God's word and Out of the Fire will be leading us in worship all weekend. Men, connect with other men in our church in one of our Momentum Groups.  Momentum groups are designed to help men be in purposeful relationships with other men for the purpose of helping "sharpen" one another (Proverbs 17:17).  These groups meet on a weekly basis and we have groups that meet on various days and at various locations around Grand Prairie. Pastor Bill begins our Fall Focus Series, "The Seven Loves" this Sunday.  We will be exploring how God uses relationships to positively impact the world.  An even more exciting aspect of this series is that we will be going through this series simultaneously with our sister church in Ukraine, Bethlehem Baptist.   We would encourage you to go ahead and read Luke 15:1-24  in preparation for the message this weekend.  You can check out last Sunday's message below:
