Read – (2 1/2 minutes) – “Jesus said to them, ‘Have you never read in the Scriptures: “The sone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes”? Therefore, I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit. He who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces, but he on whom it falls will be crushed.” (Matthew 21:42-44)
      Passage: John 1:10-17

Next to love, there is one word that is my favorite word that describes the nature of God. Grace. God is full of grace. There are a number of ways to define grace. Unmerited favor. God’s Riches At Christ’s Expense. God’s power and kindness freely given to enable us to do His will. God giving us what we don’t deserve.
In the parable of the tenants, Jesus made it clear that the tenants were the Pharisees. He told them that God was going to give the kingdom to another group and use them to produce fruit for His kingdom. That group is the Church, made up of all believers. The gospel is for everyone, Jew and Gentile alike. Everyone who goes to heaven enters the same say. They all believed in Jesus and were saved “by grace through faith.” No can boast about earning his/her way into heaven. Salvation is a gift of God. No can boast about how much he/she has done for Christ. All our true service is a gift of God. Jesus is full of grace. How wonderful He is!
