Read - (2 1/2 minutes) - "First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith is being reported all over the world.” (Romans 1:8)
Read: Psalm 70:19-24
Texas Baptists began a partnership initiative with UkraIne Baptists in 2025 that started with 42 churches in both countries establishing a sister church relationship together. First Baptist, Grand Prairie was given the blessing of partnering with the Bethlehem Baptist Church of Dunaivtsi and I had the additional blessing of going to Ukraine to spend time with the church pastors and meet other Baptist believers. They have been ministering to people in their country and local communities since Russia began the war in February 2022. Their faithfulness and service for Christ is an inspiration to me and others. Like Paul said of the Roman believers, their faith is being reported all over the world.
If your faith was reported, what kind of report would it be? Would it be a faith that stands firm in the midst of a trial? Would it be a faith that is consistent and filled with the love of Christ. Would if be a faith that points people to Jesus and inspires others to be strong? I saw that kind of faith in Ukrainian brothers and sisters. May it be seen in us.
